SEO, AI visibility, user experience and processes become priorities: what blocks visibility, what blocks enquiries, and what can wait.

Sprint
One focused implementation step. It might be a new service page, a clearer path to an enquiry, technical SEO or automation. A typical implementation sprint takes about four weeks; smaller jobs are agreed separately.

Implementation
I make the changes directly or hand them over in enough detail for your developer or team to continue. You see and approve the changes before they go live.

Follow-up and learning
We track what was changed, what moved and what still needs fixing. The next step is decided by findings, not by a list of tools.

I work through a collaborator account, never with your main password. Before anything goes live, you review and approve the change.

You get a concrete plan, the implementation or instructions for your team. Maintenance continues only if you want it.

How long does a typical engagement take?
Most projects start with a short audit phase, followed by a focused four-week implementation sprint. Smaller fixes can be agreed separately.
Do we need an in-house team?
No. Implementation can be done directly or coordinated with your existing developer, marketing person or in-house team.
What is measured during the process?
The plan ties the work to visibility, crawlability, conversion paths, lead quality and response speed rather than to vague design preferences.
